If your password isn't working, there are several possible reasons:
- You're a new employee, or have a new job, and your Kronos set-up is not complete. Contact your supervisor or pay rep.
- You have multiple jobs, but you did not use the special ID password Payroll Services sent you along with the instructions for accessing multiple jobs. If you need another copy of the email, contact Payroll Services at Kronos@cornell.edu
- Your special ID password expired before you changed it. The special ID password is only valid for a short period of time. If the temporary password expired, contact Payroll Services at Kronos@cornell.edu for a new password.
- You don't have a valid Cornell NetID. Contact the HelpDesk if you need assistance.
